What is the difference between divorce and annulment?

For of all, I hate divorce and I fear if I married one day, I'll get divorced and lose what I worked hard to get since the US court system is gender biased.





My parents have been going through a nasty divorce for almost 2 years and my dad says men are typically screwed after the divorce.

i was raised in a religious family, and after going through 14 stupid years of senseless marriage, i now have no reason to believe in anything, so if we end up getting a "legal" divorce it won't really matter. at this point, i don't wear my wedding ring, i don't think about other women, i just want to sit and drink a beer in freaking peace.
